1. Service Scope & Boundaries

Xtrust is a "controlled delivery system for encrypted clue documents" and is not an asset custody platform.

  • Xtrust only provides storage, status confirmation, and conditional triggered delivery of encrypted clue documents.
  • Xtrust does not custody funds, trigger transactions, or execute asset transfers on behalf of users.
  • Users should complete encryption locally before uploading; the platform does not touch passwords or answers and cannot read plaintext content.
  • The platform cannot provide password recovery services or rebuild original clue files for users.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You should ensure registration information is truthful and complete, and maintain reachable contact status.
  • You should safeguard account credentials and not transfer, rent, or lend accounts to others.
  • You should have appropriate civil capacity; if not, use the service under guardian consent and guidance.

3. Project & Information Accuracy

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient information, trigger schedules, decryption hints, and notes in your project.
  • When contacts, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or clue documents change, you should update them promptly.
  • Consequences from outdated, incorrect, or missing information leading to false triggers, failed delivery, or reception failures are your responsibility.

4. File & Content Standards

  • Uploaded content must not violate applicable laws and regulations or infringe on others' legitimate rights.
  • Do not include plaintext sensitive information (such as passwords, complete private keys, complete seed phrases) that can directly access assets.
  • The platform reserves the right to restrict, remove, or terminate processing of suspected violations when required by law and security.

5. Subscription & Fees

Monthly and annual subscription plans are currently available; annual plans support physical mail delivery. Without a subscription, only local drafts can be saved — they are not uploaded to the cloud and delivery is not triggered.

Subscription fees, benefits, and billing cycles are as shown on the checkout page. If prices or benefits are adjusted, the platform will notify via in-app or email.

  1. Upgrades typically take effect immediately.
  2. Downgrades or cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  3. You should ensure your payment method is valid; service interruptions due to payment failures are your responsibility.

6. Trigger & Delivery Mechanism

  • The platform advances confirmation based on your configured waiting period, silent period, and notification process.
  • The notification period is a fixed duration to further reduce false trigger risk.
  • After confirmation failure, the platform delivers the encrypted clue document + decryption hints/notes to the recipient as configured.
  • Default delivery is via email; annual plans can enable physical mail (with QR code download entry).

7. Account Security

  • You should safeguard your account and not share it with others.
  • If forgotten, leaked, or suspected abnormal use occurs, immediately reset credentials and update project configuration.

9. Liability Limitations

  • To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for losses caused by your failure to update configuration, configuration errors, password loss, or recipient unreachability.
  • The platform has explicitly stated it does not custody funds or trigger transactions; you should independently assess and bear asset management and delivery strategy risks.
  • For service interruptions due to force majeure, third-party network service failures, or regulatory requirements, the platform will make reasonable efforts to recover but does not bear liability beyond legal requirements.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion from the settings page. After deletion, related projects, uploaded files, and delivery configurations will be cleared and are typically unrecoverable.

If you violate these terms, laws, or pose a security risk to the platform, the platform may suspend or terminate service to you.

10. Updates & Contact

These terms will be updated based on product features and regulatory requirements. For significant changes, the platform will provide prominent advance notice.

If you continue using the service after terms are updated, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the updated content.
